    Have Questions?
If you have any specific concerns or uncertainties about a service, please don’t hesitate to reach out! We’re here to help and ensure you feel confident and informed before your appointment. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities.

  • For first-time clients or sensitive skin types,  a patch test is strongly recommended at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.
  • Avoid exfoliants or active skincare products (retinol, AHAs, BHAs, etc.) around the brow area for at least 72 hours prior.
  • Refrain from using oils, lotions, or makeup on the brow area the day of your appointment.
  • Do not wax, thread, or tweeze your brows for at least 48 hours before tinting or henna.
  • Avoid sunburn, tanning, or chemical peels on or near the brow area prior to your service.
  • Come in with clean, product-free skin—no brow gels, serums, or powders.
  • For optimal results, your hair should be at least ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice). This is typically the length of hair that will ensure the wax grabs and removes it effectively.
  • Do not exfoliate the area to be waxed for 48 hours prior to your appointment. Exfoliation can make your skin more sensitive and increase the risk of irritation.
  • Please avoid tanning or sun exposure for 48 hours before your waxing appointment. Waxing sunburned or overly sensitive skin can lead to irritation or damage.
  • On the day of your appointment, please avoid using any lotions, oils, or creams in the area to be waxed. Clean, dry skin will ensure the wax adheres properly.
  • Refrain from consuming alcohol or caffeine before your appointment, as these can increase skin sensitivity and make the process more uncomfortable.
  • For comfort, wear loose-fitting clothing on the day of your appointment, especially for body waxing. Tight clothing can irritate freshly waxed skin.
  • Wait at least 2 weeks after any laser or IPL treatments before waxing.
  • Do not shave or trim the area to be waxed before your appointment. Waxing works best when the hair is a little longer.

  • AVOID brow waxing and tinting at least 1 week prior.
  • DO NOT consume alcohol or caffeine 48 hours prior to the procedure session.
  • NO Aspirin, Niacin, Advil, Ibuprofen, Omega-3, Fish Oil or any blood thinners 48-72 hours prior.
  • DO NOT get Botox, filler, chemical peels, microdermabrasion or laser 4 weeks prior.
  • DO NOT work out the day of the procedure.
  • NO tanning, sunburn, or excessive sun expose 14 days before and after your procedure.
  • Discontinue Retin-A, AHA, Glycolic and hair growth serums at least 2 weeks prior.
  • Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup or skincare around the brow area.
