Policies
Payment PolicyWe accept cash, ATH Móvil, and PayPal. A non-refundable deposit of $10 (or full payment for services under $10) is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
Late PolicyAppointments are reserved specifically for you. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After that, the appointment will be marked as a NO-SHOW and automatically canceled.
Bookings & Cancellation PolicyAll bookings must be made through our website. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Same-day cancellations or NO-SHOWS will result in a $10 fee added to your next appointment.
